• Inaccuracies, AI "hallucinations", or offensive content generated by our algorithms.
• Account suspensions or bans on third-party social media platforms resulting from our auto-posting features.
• Server downtimes, bugs, or data breaches.

2. TizBiz AI Ecosystem & Cross-Platform Billing

Our main social network (tizbiz.com) and our artificial intelligence suite (ai.tizbiz.com) operate as a unified ecosystem.

Any subscription plans purchased via tizbiz.com/pricing automatically grant you the corresponding access levels across TizBiz AI. Your account, billing cycle, and access rights are inextricably linked across both platforms. Modifying or canceling your plan will immediately affect your access on both the social network and the AI tools dashboard.

3. TizBiz Verified (Blue Badge) Subscription

Users can choose to subscribe to the TizBiz PRO tier to obtain a Blue Badge on their profiles. The verification subscription is included in the TizBiz PRO plan for £25.00 per month.

Celebrity Exemption: Authentic public figures, globally recognized celebrities, and widely established brands may be granted the Blue Badge free of charge. This is strictly determined by our internal review team and is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove the badge at any time without notice.

4. Refund Policy

By purchasing any premium plan or TizBiz Club membership, you agree to our refund framework:

• Refund requests are only considered within 7 days of the initial transaction.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid, documented reason demonstrating that the service fundamentally failed to deliver its advertised core features. "Changing your mind" or "lack of use" are not valid reasons.
• Processing Time: If your refund request is approved, please be aware that the actual return of funds to your bank account or credit card may take up to 3 months (90 days) depending on global banking procedures and our internal processing cycles.

5. Advertising via TizBiz Ads

Users and brands can run promotional campaigns on our network using TizBiz Ads. Pricing, campaign management, and specific ad-related Terms of Use are hosted entirely on our dedicated advertising portal. For all advertising inquiries, guidelines, and pricing structures, please visit ads.tizbiz.com. We reserve the right to reject any ad campaign without providing a reason.

6. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, IP address, and access to all TizBiz services at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, without prior notice or liability. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, you forfeit any right to a refund.

7. Updates to the Terms of Use

TizBiz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at its sole discretion to reflect changes in our services, features, legal obligations, or business practices. Any such changes will become effective upon being posted on tizbiz.com, unless otherwise stated.

Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through appropriate channels, such as in-platform notifications, email communications, or prominent notices on our website.
